Notary Service

The notary at Perry Memorial Library is Circulation Manager, Nastassia Debnam. The guidelines for the notary service are as follows:

• Cost for service is $4.00 per notary's signature.
• Payment is in the form of cash, credit card, or debit card.
• All signing parties must be present and each of the parties must have some form of current photo identification with them.
• Must provide your own witnesses.

Ms. Debnam is only available to notarize on weekdays. 

Ms. Debnam is available at the following times:

Tuesday      12:00 pm  - 7:45 pm

Monday and  Wednesday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:45 pm

She is unavailable to notarize on weekends, and between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
